Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• All in-stock orders are shipped within one business day of payment.
• 99% of the United States will receive their orders within 1-3 business days from the date of payment.
• We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
• There is no minimum order requirement.
• We charge a flat fee for shipping.
• For overnight shipping, please email webshop@directpatient.com for a quote.

Returns

• All products with the exception of special-order items can be returned for 100% credit without any obligation if returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Product returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns will not be accepted on special-order items.
• Direct Patient will only accept products returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Each return must include a return label from Direct Patient. Unsolicited returns and returns without a return label from Direct Patient will be charged a processing fee.
• All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.
• Returns are subject to inspection by Direct Patient. No credit will be issued for products that we determine cannot be resold.
• Please include the invoice number and date of purchase when contacting Customer Service at webshop@directpatient.com.
• Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
